Plant Analyst - Black Thunder Mine

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Plant Operations Department.
• Responsible for shipping, transportation and customer information input.
• Prepare laboratory analysis reports for customers.
• Prepare all daily reports on crushing, loading and shipping.
• Sort technician daily time cards; scan, verify and validate timecards utilizing timecard automation software.
• Maintain all training files for the department.
• General office duties including mail distribution. This person is expected to interface with TBCC employees at all levels in a professional and friendly manner.
• Arrange travel itineraries.
• All other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Superior data entry and Excel spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Must have demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, demonstrated administrative, clerical, and Ellipse proficiency.
• Willingness to work as a part of a team with behavior that supports this effort.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Associates degree in office management or equivalent experience.
